Use explanation:
1. 　Open artery tourniquet, past inner side on the upside of radial artery and loop flex.
2. 　Inject 20ml air into gasbag (only for reference), adjust gasbag to suitable pressure; after examine the gasbag does not leak, pull out the needle.
3. 　Timing setting: press ON/OFF key, start up annunciator; then press MIN key to choose time, press ON/OFF key again to ascertain; if needing to change time, press ON/OFF key for several seconds and then repeat foregoing two steps. When alarming, press any key to relieve alarm and take disposable tourniquet apart.
